The William Saroyan House Museum is happy to introduce you that "Sossi Khanikyan" and the "Renaissance" Cultural and Intellectual foundations jointly announce a contest dedicated to William Saroyan's life and literature, with two nominations, scientific article and essay.

Conditions:

✅ the author should be 25-40 years old

✅ the article or the essay should not have been published or printed before (online or printed)

✅ must contain 4500-6000 characters

✅ should be in Armenian language

Along with the article or the essay, it is also required to send a short bio of the author (education, title, previously published works, links)

🏆 Prize:

The winners of each nomination will win a financial prize in the amount of AMD 200.000, and the works will be published on professional platforms, which will contribute to the popularization of William Saroyan's life and literature.

📅 The acceptance of the applications will start on 1 March 2022 and will be over by 30 April 2022.

The results will be announced from 1 to 10 June 2022.
